We're all SO lucky you give our kids the most amazing experience with music. I wish I'd had the same!

Thank you so much for much for last night (concert) and all your hard work during the term. I was so proud that she managed to overcome her fears and stand up and perform last night and that is down to you, so thank you

Thanks again for the gorgeous concert last night - I just absolutely love your end of year concerts. Like you said, those kids having the nerve to stand up and play solos in front of a whole crowd is brilliant. It's because of the confidence that you give them - Thankyou!!
Beth Higham-Edward - professional musician
"Heidi was my recorder teacher at Junior Trinity Laban where she taught me between the ages of 13 - 18. Heidi was a fantastic teacher, I made a huge improvement under her guidance. She is brilliant at explaining technical aspects of music, is extremely patient, and supportive. I always enjoyed our lessons, Heidi was excellent at creating a fun and relaxed environment. I also took part in recorder ensembles which Heidi ran. These ensembles were really important to me socially, and also opened up lots of new repertoire and styles of playing. Heidi was brilliant at teaching a range of music, from very early to modern, and really peaked my interest in music in general. By the end of our time together, I had gained a place at the Royal College of Music on recorder and was set on having a career in music. I now work in the music industry and feel my experiences with Heidi prepared me well. She taught me how to practice and progress, with a healthy and positive mind set."

"Music has always been a huge part of my life, and Heidi has played a massive role in my musical journey. She taught me all the way from grade 5 to diploma and beyond, exposing me to many different genres and elevating my playing to new heights. Even when I was having tough times at home or school, Heidi’s lessons never failed to get my spirits back up. They were always fun but I would also leave knowing that my playing had improved and I’d learnt something new. Her lessons strike the balance between feeling relaxed but also productive, and there’s a perfect mix guided teaching and self-exploration. Without Heidi, I wouldn’t be where I am today!”
